Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the activity's start time will be automatically refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the activity's start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Regardless of the date, if the activity is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered a refund or the chance to reschedule.

It’s only a temporary hold on your card. It’s released once the bike is returned in good condition.
Can I take the bike outside Xlendi?
Yes — nearby villages and scenic routes are perfect for cycling, but please avoid rough off-road trails as these are not designed for city bikes.
